timestamps in GPX output

SRE
SORRY! posted with the wrong subject...

Any way to get waypoint timestamps into GPX output?

gpsbabel -w -r -t -i tpo3 -f input.tpo -o gpx -F output.gpx
  |    <wpt lat="36.727710009" lon="-118.357049942">
  |      <ele>42916904.000000</ele>
  |      <name>GOLDBL</name>
  |      <cmt>GOLDEN BEAR 1120</cmt>
  |      <desc>GOLDEN BEAR 1120</desc>
  |    </wpt>

When writing GPX with the Topo software, all tracks are lost but waypoints have timestamps:
  |     <wpt lat="36.7277100086212" lon="-118.3570499420166">
  |         <ele>-32768.000</ele>
  |         <time>2006-07-26T20:32:10Z</time>
  |         <name>GOLDBL</name>
  |         <desc>GOLDEN BEAR 1120</desc>
  |     </wpt>

the gpx writer will write them if they exist.  I don't think the tpo
reader knows how to get the timestamps.  And it looks like you have been
contributing to that reader.

I was afraid of that. Thanks for confirming.

Yes, I was! But can't get Qt to run/build now that I'm on Win7.
I'm sort of stuck until I can figure out another way to build.
Ideas, anyone? Someone else got it going?
