How do I use LON_DIR and LAT_DIR?
All of the longitude & latitude formats already seem to include the direction, and LON_DIR and LAT_DIR seem to be ignored on
input.

I'm trying to deal with a longitude format that looks like this: 12150.7926,W
This is almost LON_DDMMDIR except for the comma before the 'W', and the FIELD_DELIMITER just happens to be COMMA.

Please answer, even if the answer is "it can't be done".
